We at Nearfield Farm started our breeding program with 2 excellent quality approved Danish Warmblood DH mares—one the daughter of the other.
As well as first-rate bloodlines, our mares have superb maternal qualities, making it easy for us to handle our foals from the very beginning. We believe in keeping our foal crops small to be able to give our foals the most individual attention--our foals trailer, lead, stand for farrier and groom, & are shown in-hand as foals and as yearlings.
Out of our last three foal crops, Nearfield Farm has produced the 1st place winner & highest scoring horse at Dressage at Stone Tavern Breed Show and a qualifier for the East Coast Finals at Dressage at Devon.
